My Eight Dimensions Of Wellness

The Eight Dimensions of Wellness can be incorporated into the daily routine of people who have substance abuse and mental problems. It is essential to be in a state of excellent emotional and physical health. Because mental and physical health are interconnected, problems in one area can impact the other. Achieving physical wellness can also benefit your mental health and vice versa. For both your mental and physical well-being, it is crucial to make informed decisions. Health is not a lack of stress or illness. It is possible to work towards wellbeing at this time, even if you have experienced these challenges in the past. The Eight dimensions of wellness are: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual.

Occupational is my strongest dimension. Occupational: the satisfaction that comes from doing one’s job. My opinion is that I give 110% to each task that’s given to me. My character will be revealed by my ability to give 110% in every endeavor. I want to be a person in the future and I don’t want to work at McDonalds for minimum wage. My parents don’t work in the worst jobs. My mother manages a grocery store and my father owns an remodeling business with my uncle. They are paid well, but they also fight. I’ve been fascinated with fashion for as long as I can remember. It was an honor to become creative director of Dior. You need to be a creative director at a huge company like Dior and have a brilliant idea. It also helps to attend a prestigious college. If my career level remains high throughout the remaining years of high school, I might be able to pursue my profession for free.

The second most important dimension to my well-being is my intellectual ability. Intellectual health involves recognizing and enhancing creative abilities and finding ways to enhance knowledge and skills. I made a resolution to learn a new subject every day throughout the remainder of the yr. My resolution has been a great success. To become a director who is innovative, I need to be able to think in a different way. I feel like I have a creative mind because I can get ideas from anywhere. Unconsciously I take inspiration from books that I find fascinating. I enjoy trying new things, even if I didn’t know I would like them or that they were something I should try. Debates with individuals I know are also something I like to do, as I am able to see what they’re questioning by observing their perspective.

The third dimension that I consider to be the most important is spiritual. Spiritual health means a greater sense of purpose, meaning and value in your life. My relationship with God has made me feel like I am number one. Volunteering, self-reflection and meditation are all ways to achieve spiritual well-being. Spending time in nature is another way. My life is not complete without meditation and prayer. Prayers are my way to thank God for everything he has done in my daily lives. Meditation can be as short as five minutes, but it is enough time to feel peaceful and relaxed. A strong religious component is characterized by a feeling of inner peace and self-confidence.

The fourth dimension that I consider to be the most important is Environment. Environmental health means being in a stimulating and pleasant environment that supports well-being.

It’s a pleasure to live in an area that is closed off and safe. There is a community garden, and a neighborhood watch group. Also, when we are not using lights or water, we turn them off. All these small things can have a huge impact on our environment.

Financial wellbeing is my fifth dimension of well-being. Financial wellness is satisfaction with one’s economic situation. This is my first choice, but I feel better in other areas of wellbeing. Many people have difficulty with this aspect of health. I can totally relate to this struggle because I met someone who worked three jobs while also being a full-time student. The man was a true inspiration. I have no idea how it is he manages to work three jobs and be a full-time student. It’s been a long time since I knew how he achieved it.

My social dimension is my sixth dimension. Social well being is the feeling of belonging. I’ve never been social, because I tend to isolate myself. It’s not my fault that I’ve always been like that. Although I have no idea if I am doing it wrong, I am going start to actually talk to people.

Emotional health is my seventh dimension. Emotional wellness is about coping with lifestyle challenges and creating fulfilling relationships. Healthy emotional states are reflected in people who are able to cope with life’s challenges. By engaging in leisure and entertainment activities, you can maintain or increase your emotional health. The fact that I am emotionally unstable is the reason for my low emotional health. I can’t explain my strange thoughts, but they’re unstable. One day, my life could change from the happiest to the saddest in a few seconds. I have tried to keep a positive attitude because life is too short. I’m not a person who is always negative, so I’m trying to look for the positive in others. However, I can’t seem to control my emotions. I really want to fix this; I will probably go to see a psychiatrist to find out what happens.

Eighth, my dimension of wellness is physical. The need for sleep, nutritious foods and physical activity is the essence of physical health. You can enhance your physical health by walking or running. Try something else like gardening or yoga. If you want to make sure that you are doing two birds with one stone then gardening is the way to go. The smoking of cigarettes is one of the worst ways to manage stress. This is because it can lead to heart disease and cancer. This is because I’m not as healthy as I could be. I’ve tried walking and jogging, but mostly walking. It’s also hard to understand why I feel so bad about eating healthily, yet it doesn’t taste great. To make up for not drinking enough water, I plan to reduce the amount of caffeine and drink more. You can also take a walk when you are really stressed.

This response paper, in conclusion, has had an enormous impact on me. It helped me to identify my weaknesses and strengths in each section of wellness. My emotional spirals and breakdowns were always normal to me, but they’re not. If it weren’t for this response paper, I wouldn’t have even thought about seeing a psychiatrist. I wouldn’t have even known the eight sections of wellness. The eight wellness sections and their impact on each woman or man character is significant.
